The creation or operation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, Shoei88 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with that individual and confiscate any balances pending review.
During the registration process, you are required to provide, at minimum, the following information: a valid and unique email address, a username, a secure password, your date of birth, your full legal name, and a valid Malaysian mobile number. You agree that all registration information provided by you is accurate, complete, and not misleading in any respect.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted on your account while logged in is assumed to have been authorised by you, and you will be held accountable for any resulting transactions or gameplay. Shoei88 will never ask you for your password via any communication channel.
To comply with our anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and to protect the integrity of the platform, Shoei88 requires all accounts to complete identity verification before processing withdrawal requests or when account activity triggers a review. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's License, along with proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months).

Access to and use of the Shoei88 platform is granted on a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable basis solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with these Terms at all times.
Shoei88 offers a range of gaming and sports betting services, including but not limited to: live dealer casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger), slot machine games with certified RNGs, sportsbook markets covering Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, Champions League, UFC, and other international events. All wagering activities on the Shoei88 platform involve an element of financial risk. By placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge this risk and confirm that you are participating voluntarily.
Shoei88 does not provide any guarantee of winnings, profit, or specific game outcomes. Game results are determined by certified random number generators or by the outcome of real-world sporting events, as applicable. Past results have no bearing on future outcomes.
Shoei88 strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, and third-party service interruptions may cause temporary downtime. Shoei88 shall not be liable for losses arising from platform unavailability during such periods.
In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or communication failure during the course of a game round, Shoei88 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the relevant stake to the player's account. Winnings resulting from malfunctions are not honoured.
Section 6
Shoei88 supports the following Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). The platform does not accept deposits or pay withdrawals in foreign currencies except where expressly indicated.
Anti-Money Laundering: Shoei88 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. Unusual or suspicious transaction patterns may trigger an internal review, during which withdrawals may be temporarily held pending investigation. Players will be notified and requested to provide supporting documentation where applicable.
Section 7
Shoei88 offers a variety of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, loyalty tier rewards, and special event promotions. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time of launch, and to the general bonus provisions set out in this section.
Bonus Abuse Policy: Any attempt to exploit promotional offers through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, artificial wagering to fulfil requirements without genuine gameplay intent, or any other mechanism designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonuses, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform's content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Shoei88 platform content without our express prior written consent.
The Shoei88 name, logo, and all associated branding are trademarks of Shoei88. Any unauthorised use of our trademarks, including in domain names, social media handles, or marketing materials, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Section 10
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shoei88 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial or personal loss, even if Shoei88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Shoei88's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Shoei88 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that Shoei88 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through legitimate gameplay on the platform. By accessing the Services, you accept these risks entirely.
Section 11
Shoei88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any outstanding bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete.

Section 13
These Terms and all disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Shoei88's operating jurisdiction. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
